With a background in psychology and research, and as a qualified counsellor, Ciara has taken part in research focused on enhancing the emotional wellbeing and safeguarding behaviours of second-level students in Ireland. She has worked one-on-one with students, addressing challenges such as study skills, school-related stress, relationships, mental health, and exam pressure. Passionate about student development, Ciara is dedicated to equipping young people with the tools they need to achieve their academic and personal goals, fostering a positive and supportive school culture.
