- All prices are quoted in Euro unless otherwise stated;

- Title to physical goods remains with The Examcraft Group until full payment is received.
Unless otherwise required by law:
- Digital products, downloadable materials, subscriptions and accessed online services are generally non-refundable once access has commenced;

- Seminar or event cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees depending on notice provided.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under Irish law.
