Ciara Connolly
The Super Generation study skills programme has supported students since its establishment in 2008 as part of the Examcraft Group. Over that time, it has worked with tens of thousands of students, teachers, and parents both nationally and internationally, with a focus on helping young people succeed in their academic and personal lives.
This latest edition has been edited by Ciara, Head of Super Generation. With a background in psychology and as a qualified psychotherapist, Ciara brings extensive experience working one-on-one with secondary-level students, supporting them with study skills, school-related stress, mental health, relationships, and exam pressure.
Drawing on this experience, Ciara has shaped this edition to reflect the current needs of students in Ireland today, ensuring the programme remains practical, relevant, and effective.
It is also designed as a supportive resource for teachers, helping schools deliver study skills programmes more easily within existing time constraints. With a flexible structure, it reduces teacher workload while maintaining a high standard of student support.
